At Mano a Mano, we know that access to opportunity changes lives, and our Mano a Mano Job Fair 2026 was a powerful reflection of what is possible when a community comes together.

This year, we proudly brought together more than 40 organizations, creating a space where community members could connect directly with employers, explore career pathways, and take meaningful steps toward economic stability.

From the moment doors opened, the energy in the room was clear: individuals and families showing up with determination and a desire to grow. At the same time, employers and organizations demonstrated their commitment by sharing opportunities across a wide range of industries.

This event would not have been possible without the collaboration of our partners, our staff and volunteers, and the trust of our community members.

We extend a special thank you to the University Center for generously hosting this event and providing a welcoming space where these connections could happen.
